Who is Anthony-James Green?
Anthony-James Green has been named by countless national publications and news outlets as The Top SAT and ACT tutor in America. Throughout his storied career, he spent more than 15,000 hours teaching students to master these exams, splitting his time between one-on-one instruction and curriculum crafting. After achieving an average student score improvement higher than any competitor, he began commanding a rate of $1,500/hour for his services, and with that was profiled on CNN and FOX Business, and in Business Insider and The Wall Street Journal.

Anthony launched Green Test Prep in 2013. The computerized version of his proprietary curriculum and lessons was released at first as a supplement to his own private instruction. But when the software quickly started delivering results equal to—and in many cases superior to—his own results as a tutor, Anthony began focusing more of his time on enhancing the program and testing it with thousands of users. He now splits his time equally, taking on a limited number of students a year to focus on both types of test prep. The goal is that Anthony’s superior, results-driven online program will be recognized as the industry standard for effective SAT and ACT prep.

In addition to his round-the-clock improvement of students’ SAT and ACT scores, Anthony is an avid speed-reader who devours multiple books weekly that keep his creativity teeming and inform his curriculum. In his limited spare time, he appreciates climbing, playing guitar, roaming New York City, traveling to far-off lands, and comedy writing. Anthony earned a BA in English from Columbia University. New York remains his permanent home.

Does your SAT program help me to prepare for the PSAT as well?
Yes. The SAT and PSAT are almost exactly the same!  The PSAT is just shorter and has no essay.  So prepping for the SAT will essentially kill two birds with one stone.  You’ll be prepping for BOTH the SAT and PSAT at the same time!  Check our guide on the New PSAT to learn more:
Can parents track student progress throughout your program?
Yes. Every time a student takes a diagnostic exam, he or she enters his or her results into an included online score tracker, which takes into account section-by-section and overall scores, as well as timing concerns.

Parents can log into their children’s account at any time to check score improvements and feedback.

When should I start prepping / is my child too young to start?
Your child should start prepping for the SAT and ACT immediately. Once your child has finished his or her freshman year, it’s time to get started. You can learn more about the science and philosophy behind this recommendation here:
My child has a learning disability. Can he/she still use your system?
Yes. This system has a unit specifically devoted to this issue, and teaches you, step-by-step, how to get every advantage possible for your child to level the playing field from the first day of the system. Once you’ve attained your special accommodations, your child can use our system to prep exactly the same way as any other student using our system. Because our system is instantly adaptable to all students, it is arguably the most effective method your child can use if he/she has a learning disability
You can also see our full, free guide on getting special accommodations for these tests here:
My child is very advanced. Will your system work for him/her?
Yes. Our SAT and ACT systems don’t contain arbitrary material meant for all students. Instead, The system forces each user to find his or her own areas of weakness, isolate them, and eliminate them. No matter how advanced your child is, he/she will always be focusing on only the most challenging material possible. Every minute spent with this system is spent focusing on the weaknesses and material deficiencies unique to each student using it.
Once I finish your program, am I allowed to take it again?
Absolutely. If you’d like to brush up on the strategies and tactics taught within, you can go back and retake any lesson at any time. Your account never expires, and the program comes with a free extension program to let you continue your prep once you’re finished.
