YES! It’s more than ok, it’s encouraged! Your brain actually needs time to digest all the information you are putting into it.
We recommend you do something almost every day. Consistency is the key to learning. But that being said, if you are feeling burnt out or need a break, take it! Overworking yourself is never a good idea. Every now and then give yourself a mental vacation. Spend time outside, exercise, do a puzzle. Chances are even just a few hours of this will give yourself the boost you need to keep going!
