You are in luck!  The College Board has recently announced several changes for students needing accommodations, including English as a Second Language!  As of January 1, 2017, ELL students taking a state-funded SAT during the school day will have access to testing instructions in several native languages and approved word-to-word bilingual glossaries.

There is also talk that by next fall, they may be able to receive extended testing time and among several other accommodations.  No word yet on how to ensure these accommodations go through.  Your school counselor should be able to guide you on the process!
