I have heard that it’s not recommended that I take the first few New SAT tests being given. Will it be fine to wait until Fall or should I skip them altogether and study for the ACT?

While there wasn’t enough information out a few months ago, the College Board has since released sample tests and already two tests have been given.  So now we have a better handle on what the test is looking like and how students can study.

Shooting for the Fall SAT would be perfect! But if you are deciding between the two tests, you might want to read our guide on which one to pick.  Colleges view them both the same so it’s really a matter of which one you feel more comfortable with!

Either way, you should aim to start prepping right away! The earlier the better!
